All Services sold by K-Tron Industries or any of its subsidiary companies is sold as "Software-as-A-Service" (SAS), i.e. as recurring, monthly subscriptions

Subscription billing starts on the day after it was purchased and commences every succeeding month on that same date.

Charges on the credit-card that was used to purchase the subscription will appear as being from "K-Tron Industries, L.L.C."

Subscriptions are terminated by the order no. If there were more than one product included in the order; then all of the products will be terminated.

To end a subscription, log-in to the Site and from the hamburger-menu on the right choose "Settings"

On the Page that loads, choose the "Subscriptions" tab a the top

From there, selectively choose which subscriptions to end

All subscriptions are terminated the day following the date of the termination; and, no further billing will occur.
